- Smash some bananas (3 of them!)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (I’m Canadian afterall!)
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips (low sugar please)
- Nuts of your choice
- Blend all ingredients and bake in loaf pan at 350 till cooked in the centre and golden brown
