• Smash some bananas (3 of them!)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (I’m Canadian afterall!)
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (low sugar please)
  • Nuts of your choice
  • Blend all ingredients and bake in loaf pan at 350 till cooked in the centre and golden brown
