1 peeled, cut butternut squash

1 cut peeled sweet potato

1 peeled and cut apple

1 med onion (saute)

2 cloves garlic

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp sage

Salt & Pepper

1 can organic coconut milk

3 cups organic broth ( veggie or chicken )

Add rest of ingredients into a Instapot (except coconut milk), add onion and close lid ( set to manual for 15 min.  Let instapot vent and remove lid.  Using an immersion blender mix until desired consistency, add can of coconut milk and mix again. Add salt & pepper to taste.
