⅔ cup grass fed plain greek yogurt
1 ⅓ cup almond milk ( favorite is )
½ cup organic gluten free oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp pure vanilla
pinch of pink salt
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Whisk yogurt and almond milk well, stir in vanilla, salt and maple syrup. Add oats and chia, mix and let sit overnight. Top with fresh organic berries, nuts and cinnamon.
