1 cup (squished) of greens (Parsley, Basil, Broccoli sprouts)

1 cup avo flesh (ripe is best)

1 fresh crushed garlic clove

½ cup of green onion

1 tsp pink sea salt

fresh ground pepper to taste

½ cup water

4 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

4 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice

Mix all in a food processor and enjoy!!
